What are dental implants
Dental implants have been used for over 30 years to replace missing teeth, and they can last a lifetime depending on how well you look after them. Like any other restoration, your implant supported teeth can still be damaged by trauma and affected by gum disease and poor oral hygiene (if not looked after).
INITIAL IMPLANT ASSESSMENT
You can ask any questions you may have during this time, before we undertake a thorough examination of your mouth. We may take photographs and x-rays as necessary, to help establish your bone density. In most cases at this stage we’ll be able to advise you on your suitability for dental implants, and will discuss in detail all the treatment options available to you, will explain how implants work and will talk through both the process and the costs of your treatment.
If your case is more complex, for example if you have poor bone volume requiring further treatment such as bone grafts, we’ll discuss this with you. We may also take models of your teeth and use 3D imaging to ensure you are ready for implants and to assist us with planning your treatment.
When we’ve completed our comprehensive assessments, we’ll provide you with a full treatment plan that will include everything discussed in your initial assessment, along with the timings and costs of your treatment.

What Patients Say About Dr Ash
The treatment and care I received from Dr Ashish Deved for my implant was first class. Ash talked me through each step of the process and the implant looks and feels just like the real tooth it replaced.
The implant has never caused me any pain or discomfort and has maintained my dental health by providing support for the adjoining teeth.
As nervous as I was initially and worry about the financial cost of this implant I never thought that I was going to do it. Now I am very please that I took the decision to come to see you
