Missing multiple teeth can accelerate the decline of your remaining teeth and make you appear older due to bone loss, which can lead to a sunken and tired facial appearance. Missing teeth, whether a few or all, can significantly impact your smile and overall quality of life. Fortunately, a reliable, same-day procedure can offer dramatic improvements. This minimally invasive technique allows our highly experienced aesthetic dentist to attach a fixed bridge to dental implants in a single appointment.
All-On-4 dental implants not only look and feel like natural teeth, but they are also exceptionally comfortable. Furthermore, because they are secured with only four to six implants, they offer superior stability and a higher success rate compared to traditional implant methods.
On the morning of your procedure, you’ll arrive at our surgery and be warmly welcomed by our friendly team, whom you’ve already met. Their priority is to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease. Before sedation begins, you’ll have a brief consultation with our experienced anaesthetist as part of the pre-sedation check. Once the IV sedation is administered, you’ll be fully relaxed, allowing you to undergo treatment pain-free with minimal memory of the procedure. Throughout, our team will closely monitor your well-being.
We will carefully extract any necessary teeth and place 4–6 implants per jaw, providing a strong foundation for your new smile. A temporary full-arch bridge will be attached, allowing you to leave the same day with natural-looking, functional teeth. After approximately six months—once your gums have fully healed—we will fit a permanent, custom-designed bridge for long-lasting results.
At All Smiles Dental Practice Implant Centre, we know how important a complete smile is, which is why we’ll never send you home without one. Your temporary bridge will look and function like natural teeth, ensuring confidence and comfort from day one. We also understand that dental procedures can feel daunting, but with modern sedation techniques, most patients experience little to no awareness of the treatment itself.
All-on-4 is a revolutionary and highly advanced technique for full mouth rehabilitation.
Dental fear is a common reason people avoid necessary treatment. Often, patients endure pain and discomfort for extended periods, making easily treatable problems more complex, invasive, and costly. This fear can stem from various sources, including negative past experiences, difficulty getting numb with local anesthetic, phobias related to dental office sights, smells, or sounds, or sensitive teeth. Sometimes, the fear is simply unexplained. Regardless of the cause, sedation can significantly improve the experience. With intravenous sedation, you’ll be completely relaxed throughout your treatment, feeling no pain and remembering little afterward. Your well-being will be continuously monitored.
At All Smiles, we have an in-house anaesthetist, Dr. Mohan, who administers sedation within established safety guidelines. Our practice is also fully equipped with resuscitation facilities, and our Resuscitation Officer, Molly Hedley, oversees all CPR training.
The All-on-4 procedure requires highly trained and experienced dentists. At All Smiles Dental, our dentist has a proven record of creating beautiful new smiles with excellent results. Our collaborations with trusted lab technicians ensure we provide highly reliable bridges to replace one or both arches of the jaw.
