When you come in for your consultation we will:

Review your medical history to ensure you’re a suitable candidate for the procedure.
Conduct blood tests to confirm your readiness for surgery.

Perform a 3D (CBCT) scan to assess your bone availability and quality.
Discuss all available treatment options with you.
Introduce you to the rest of the team who will be involved in your procedure, including our skilled technician and anesthetist.

On the day of your procedure…

On the morning of your procedure, you’ll arrive at our surgery and be warmly welcomed by our friendly team, whom you’ve already met. Their priority is to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease. Before sedation begins, you’ll have a brief consultation with our experienced anaesthetist as part of the pre-sedation check. Once the IV sedation is administered, you’ll be fully relaxed, allowing you to undergo treatment pain-free with minimal memory of the procedure. Throughout, our team will closely monitor your well-being.

We will carefully extract any necessary teeth and place 4–6 implants per jaw, providing a strong foundation for your new smile. A temporary full-arch bridge will be attached, allowing you to leave the same day with natural-looking, functional teeth. After approximately six months—once your gums have fully healed—we will fit a permanent, custom-designed bridge for long-lasting results.

At All Smiles, we have an in-house anaesthetist, Dr. Mohan, who administers sedation within established safety guidelines. Our practice is also fully equipped with resuscitation facilities, and our Resuscitation Officer, Molly Hedley, oversees all CPR training.
